I hire people for a living — and film the rest of my life.

Hi, I’m Sabrina Sterling, and I wear two hats that perfectly reflect who I am.

During the week, you’ll usually find me at GrowthScribe, where I work as the Head of HR. I love helping people find careers they’re excited about and creating a workplace where everyone feels supported and inspired to do their best work.

No two days are ever the same. Some days I’m interviewing candidates, other days I’m welcoming new team members, planning people initiatives, or working with leadership to build a stronger company culture. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and believe that when people feel valued, amazing things happen.

It’s a role that keeps me grounded, constantly learning, and reminds me every day that great businesses are built by great people.

The Rest of My Story

When I close my laptop, you’ll usually find me planning my next trip, putting together an outfit I love, trying a new café, or filming another reels.

I’ve always loved capturing everyday moments—the kind that make life feel exciting, whether it’s exploring a beautiful city, finding the perfect travel spot, discovering a fashion piece I’ll wear on repeat, or simply sharing little routines that make my days better.

Social media has become my creative space. It’s where I get to tell stories, connect with amazing people, and hopefully inspire someone to book that trip they’ve been dreaming about, wear the outfit they’ve been saving, or enjoy the little moments that often go unnoticed.

I don’t believe in creating a perfect online version of myself. What you see is simply me—sharing the places I genuinely love, the clothes I actually wear, and the experiences that make me smile. My goal has always been to create content that feels honest, beautiful, and relatable.
